In the technical role, helped online customers set up their shopping carts, build e-commerce sites & link payment gateways. Later as a marketing manager, I was handling the portfolio for this E-commerce solution (shopping cart, website creation & payment gateway) and used web marketing (SEO & AdWords), database & cold calling strategies to promote & generate leads.

Work with the back-office operation team of a North American financial institution. Assist new & existing customers with internet banking issues. Migrate customer from physical to internet banking. Provide level 2 support through personalized email for tier-1 customers in co-ordination with the US contact center.
