• Designed to minimize dust contamination (to protect against indoor air pollution and environmental impact), increase production efficiency, extend production line lifespan, improve packaging accuracy, and reduce material waste. • Designed to include: Powder Filling Line, Epoxy Filling Machine, Articulated Crane, Bags Counter & Packaging Line, Liquid Filling Line, Ribbon Blender Powder Mixers, Screw Conveyor, and Pneumatic Epoxy Injection Gun. • Excellence in DFM, DFA, and Industrial Design practices

• Products designed include the Electric-Powered Standing Wheelchair, Power Patient Lift, and Rollator. Additionally, documents such as 3D drawings, 2D drawings, assembly drawings, and cost calculations were prepared for mass production. • Conducted process inspections to ensure specifications were met during prototyping and mass production stages. • Collaborated with project managers, purchasers, and customers to ensure smooth project coordination, enhancing processes and reducing costs.

I was invited to Germany to continue the implementation of my master's thesis project. The robot was built and tested in the Lauflabor Laboratory, resulting in a publication in IEEE Transactions. I continued remote collaborations with the research center on various projects.

• Used CAD softwear for 3D and 2D tasks; managed collaborative projects with tools to ensure seamless integration and coordination among cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication from research to robot implementation. • Developed BOMs to optimize production, integrating DFM and DFA principles. • Participated annually in global competitions, gaining experience in competitive environments and working under stringent time constraints.
