• Research experience gave me immense motivation to teach engineering students and motivate them to develop project and research oriented skills. • Activities: Member of IEDC (Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell), Project coordinator, Solar Cell Project study coordinator.

• Conducted personality development classes and soft skills training for professionals (Doctors, Nurses, and Engineering Graduates) and college students in a private institution in Kerala, India. • Activities: English proficiency courses: (IELTS- British Council, UK), GRE and TOEFL (ETS, USA), PTE and OET (Australia).

• The focus of the research group was to develop microelectrode arrays (MEAs) for neural applications for stroke patients, quadriplegic patients and spinal cord injured patients. • The development of biocompatible polymer substrates for implants involving neurophysiological basics in respect of electrophysiological recording from the human cortex was the main focus of my research.
