My team established legal entities from scratch, developed successfully, and solidified the company's presence in Poland, Spain, Italy, Germany, and Canada. Under my leadership, legal entities passed financial and tax audits, prepared transfer pricing documentation, and created GDPR and DAC 6 procedures.

As CEO and board member created a business plan and operational model and oversaw the growth from zero to reach eight-digit figures in turnover. In 2019-2020, the company was among the top 100 fastest-growing companies in Poland by turnover.
