Point of contact for the weekly reconciliation of around two thousand jobs (freight collections, deliveries, Imports, Exports) ensuring that queries are promptly dealt with Invoicing, sales ledger, maintaining spreadsheet, filing. Liaising with the pallet network members. Ensuring reconciliation, accruals meet deadlines. Point of contact for reconciliation of the two largest accounts, producing reports, statements. Developing and implementing new procedures. Monthly Stock controlling.

Teaching both children and adults horse rising in the open/closed arena and trekking. Planning and organize riding camps for children, involving planning of 10-day program for live-in camps for up to 15 children; Assessing abilities of riders, assigning tasks accordingly. Monitoring progress of riders keeping them motivated. Ensuring riders had safety awareness at all times. Caring for horses and equipment on an on-going basis.
