-Qualifying and placing candidates from different EU countries in various jobs with customers of the company (including interviewing candidates, organizing interview with the customer, matching the right candidate to job position in Scandinavia); -Full responsibility for Norwegian, Swedish and Danish client relations -Financial process handling -Direct cooperation with accounting department in setting financial strategies for the projects -Supporting management in recruitment activities

-Developing and implementing marketing strategy in Poland, Austria and Germany -Finding, qualifying and placing candidates from various EU countries in jobs with customers (including interviewing candidates, organizing interview with the customer, matching the right candidate to position in Scandinavia); -Full responsibility for relation with all clients (candidates and customers) Responsibility for growing accounts with all candidates in Poland, Austria and Germany
