From May 2014 until December 2014 responsible for the Integration Planning, leading the Techops Team into the new Elanco company owned by Eli Lilly. Worked in a broader team together with the other functions on all levels in close collaboration with Novartis M&A as well with external and internal consultants & lawyers.
