The role drives the alignment of the maintenance plan with the Plant strategy without compromising delivery of results and standards The Maintenance Leader supports the development of the culture of equipment ownership in the team with high action orientation and commitment for results which delivers manufacturing excellence

Manage engineering projects development and execution at the Plant, providing technical expertise and ensuring know how transfer to manufacturing in order to sustain competitive advantage for the company in accordance with Manager Business Development guidelines and in line with company’s agreed strategic plans, capital investments and technical programs. Handle all cases according to food legal, food safety and environmental requirements, KF policies and integrity rules.
