Worked as a TAC Support Engineer for the Palo Alto Networks global Premium partners and resolved issues which included PAN OS Upgradation, Authentication, Global Protect VPN, IPSEC VPN, High-Availability, Panorama, Strata Logging Service, Slowness, Packet Capture, global Counters, Wireshark Analysis and also resolved issues for the P1 incidents within the SLA.

I managed devices which includes Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, Cisco Meraki AP, WLC, Fortinet Firewall, Fortimanager, Palo Alto Firewall, Panorama, F5 Load Balancer. My day to day activities include resolving issues related to traffic, Configuration, Monitoring network, LAN and WAN Connectivity, PAN-OS Upgradation, Cleanup activity of unused rules, addresses, schedules, validating new policies, Mounting and removing the devices from the Server Rack.

Worked as a Palo Alto TAC Engineer at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India location where I resolved issues related to Traffic, High-Availability, Panorama, Global Protect VPN, IPSEC VPN, Security Profiles, Fresh configuration, User-Id, PAN-OS Upgradation, Wireshark.

I worked as a NOC engineer where I was resolving the issues of the global customers realetd to the ILL links provided by the Bharti Airtel by cooperating with the different internal teams and provided the resoltion to the customer within the SLA.
