Development of Kernel Module on PandaBoard for Implementation of Rowhammer Effect for Generation of Physical Unclonable Function(PUF) on DRAM Cells. Rowhammer Effect is primarily observed due to bit flips of Individual DRAM due to the Hammering Process. Due to Manufacturing Variations, Each Device produces a different PUF and this phenomenon is exploited for Hardware Security.
