Accountable for vision, strategy and delivery of AI Solutions at scale in the Allianz Group. With my cross-company interdisciplinary delivery teams, we review and reinvent the insurance value chain leveraging analytics, scale across our business units and deliver tangible business impact.

Spearheading the cultural transformation, I established and led the new Public Cloud Center of Excellence. With a team of interdisciplinary experts and an international community we launched in only 10 weeks the global Allianz Hybrid Cloud services, using start-up techniques, IaC and customer co-creation.

To support the massive IT Transformation of the Allianz Group, together with the Chief IT Architect, I set up the Allianz Technology central architecture team, directly reporting to the CEO. We oversee the multi-hundred-million programs that will consolidate the leadership position of Allianz in the Digital Era. In this role I liaise with project portfolio management and the Allianz IT platforms to shape and execute the business digitalization and IT landscape harmonization.

Reporting to the Chief IT Architect, under the Group CIO, I steer the positioning of Allianz on key strategic topics including Cyber Security, Advanced Analytics, BigData, Enterprise Open Source, Digitalisation by delivering strategic papers, conceptual frameworks and pilot projects.

With Group responsibility over IT coordination across Asia, Europe and Middle East, I consulted on IT governance, organization and processes during operations start-up, strategic initiatives and mergers and acquisitions. I directly engaged on critical projects to assure prompt detection and remediation of potential failure triggers. I developed Group-wide methodologies, policies and benchmarking studies to elevate the level of coordination across a federated Group.
