Led the Definition, Design, Construction, Startup and strategy for making and packing technologies of a liquids and powder detergent factory. Focused in managing scope, cost and time of several capacity increase projects modifying existing facilities and managing critical KPIs within a challenging context to deliver significant results through the Project Management Methodology and coaching the key project team

Ensure that production for liquid detergents are produced efficiently and the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality by using Continuous Improvement System in order to deliver reliability across the entire supply chain as well as develop a synergy environment and continuous improvement culture through a large team.

Commissioning and start up for 40 initiatives and Projects for Dry Laundry operations, assuring successful Start Up and losses elimination. Managed a complex Master Plan for all initiatives of new products for 2 years. Star up Leader for the most important and representative Projects for Latin America in the Dry Laundry platform coordinating critical gates and timelines with stakeholders like R&D, Quality, Safety, Engineering and regional planners and different plants in Latin America.

Leader for Capital Investment and forecast accuracy across the fiscal year. Responsible for appropriate $35 MMUSD in the fiscal year projects. Demonstrate Internal Control compliance to handle the allocated capital. Project Manager for the most complex capacity increase projects, new high-speed packing lines and initiatives for new products in liquids platform.
