Within the European Professional Services team, Marc is providing consultancy to Veeva clients regarding Vault implementations and taking ownership of these implementations. Supporting Sales and Pre-Sales company activity, fully accountable towards Vault customers once the Services contract has been signed up to the final application Go-live and the transition to the Support Team.

Unique contact point for R&D functions throughout Europe. - Collect of business requirements and management of Software solution implementations aligned with these needs. Some project examples: - SOP management system initiated by the QM and QA team, - Adverse Event Management system implementation, driven by the PV team, - eCTD submission Management system for the Regulatory group, - Promotional Material software implementation

Strategical focus on new technologies and web based solutions. - Yearly Budget: 4 millions Euros. Some achievements: - Implementation of the company Intranet based on SharePoint. - Reinforcement of the SPMSD Internet presence: vaccines sites (Gardasil), eBusiness sites and other Extranets. - Consolidation of French customer information into CRM software. - eLearning tools for Sales forces - PM sites for Clinical studies and Epidemiology - Roll-out of EAI technology for internal applications

- Creation and management of the German Region IT/IS team (up to 12 people). - Mission: design solutions aligned with Business requirements, implement and operate them to optimize vaccines distribution activity for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. - 3 main teams to implement the mission: ERP group (SAP R/3), non ERP IS intiave group and IT operations. - Number of users/internal customers: 300 users. - Yearly budget: 2.5 millions Euros.
