Coordination function and overall responsibility for all Controlling activities in the cluster Sweden/Denmark. This includes final approval of new/used vehicle sales and -together with the Managing Director- also the Marketing budget as well as General & Administrative costs. Further member of the local VanBoard of both countries (where strategic decisions are discussed and decided for Vans Business Unit) as well as Residual Value Committee for used vehicles.

Responsible for all Controlling activities within Australia and New Zealand. Yearly plannings incl. rolling updates during the year for both markets down to EbiT-level. Month End Closing clauclation. Counterpart for Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Product Management and Managing Director to support and provide financial advice as well as being counterpart to Headquarters in Stuttgart. Responsible of introducing new vehicles into the market (e.g. MB X-Class)

Revenue Controlling for Mercedes-Benz Trucks and Mercedes-Benz Special Trucks for Daimler Central and Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia. Main Tasks: - Preparation of yearly plannings (Turnover, Discount, Net Revenue... down to Contribution) - Analysis of deviations from plan and proposal on counter measures together with sales department (esp. in fx-driven markets) - Evaluation and approval of special price request and price re-positioning e.g. South East Asia
