- Creating and maintaining detailed project plans for the Business Unit effort. - Performing regular follow-up on progress versus plan. - Creating / updating process charts, activity descriptions, desk procedures, user guides and measurement facilities and contributing to budget management. - Performing risk analysis and risk management, including interlocking dependencies, verifying assumptions and eliminating issues & concerns.

- Supporting internal and external customers on IBM software key generation issues, software order validation and maintenances. - Supporting IBM’s eBusiness projects among other administrative tasks.
