Leadership of the Services Core Team responsible for answering to RFQ processes. Contract management of post-sales services for Portuguese customers.

Management of network deployment projects for Spanish and Portuguese customers within Optical Transport, Carrier Ethernet and Voice business, driving the project planning, execution, P&L and 3rd parties resources / negotiation. Main customers supported: - Cabovisão, Colt Portugal and Spain, France Telecom España, ONO, Portugal Telecom, Red IRIS, Refer Telecom, Sapphire Networks Gibraltar, Vodafone Portugal and Vodafone España.

Project coordination for Carrier customers in Iberia (Metro Ethernet, SDH, DWDM and Mobile Access) including Site Auditor role performing quality and environment audits according to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:1996 standards. Network technical engineer supporting IP, ATM and FR networks, managing and solving technical cases against agreed SLA, performing network software migrations and new features testing.

End-to-end management of the UTRAN Installation & Commissioning activities for UMTS customers in Portugal.

UMTS and FWA radio equipment configuration with 3rd party technical support.
