Marco Rossi

After a first period as HR Manager for Communication Dept, I was assigned to Marketing, Commercial Development and Prada Wholesale departments of Prada Group. I additionally have the role of Digital HR Specialist, co-managing the LinkedIn page of Prada Group, and I’m in charge of Key Roles Acquisition program for key roles (i.e. Country General Manager, Corporate Function Directors…). I managed the implementation on WW level of Linkedin Recruiter License Program.

I worked both in manufacturing and commercial depts. My experience in FCA was mainly in manufacturing roles, plants and manufcaturing engineering hq too; I worked in 2 transmission plants as HR Manager and also as WCM People Development Pillar Leader. I close my FCA experience in the Commercial area, dealing with brands as Fiat and Fiat Professional.

As Trainee in the Legal Office, during the internship period my main activities were: - Support to credit reclaim and for legal procedures (legal acts and evidence collection) - Coordination with lawyers for judicial procedures

As Project Claim Support in the Contract and Claim Management Team, my main activities were: - Data analysis and collection - Technical and legal analysis (i.e. delay analysis) about tender with Train company

As Disabled People Tutor I helped a girl to prepare exams by one-to-one learning activities

as Legal assistant, my main activities were: - Law Researches and documents analysis - Secretarial activities

as Shop Assistant in different kinds of shops and outlets, for well-known brands (i.e. Gucci, Fila, Cerruti, Unieuro etc.), my main activities were: - Customer care and cashier - Warehouse management
