• Control Quality Management of production processes for apparel and footwear from national and international suppliers. • Follow up and review of product returns, because of quality problems (from wholesale customers, retailers and franchises). • Development and implementation of Control Quality Management processes under Lacoste's requirements.

• Management of fabrics, colors and trims developments for every local product for Football, Running, Training, Action Sports, Sportswear and Tennis. • Seasonal costs negotiation and forecast administration. • Development process follow up (deliveries, quality, consistency). • Weekly conferences with Holland and USA to align strategies.

• Teaching: Raw materials / type of fabrics and applications / Color theory, color palette and trends/ Sewing patterns and progressions / Product development and technical textiles for different applications.

• Analysis of productive processes and Implementation of methods and procedures for the accurate carry out. • Manager of a project consisting in reducing the waste in processes. • Training the operative team, sharing the best practices and evaluating improvement opportunities.
