Installation Configuration Customer Support and UAT Testing

• QA Tester for DEAL, COD and JOIN Loyalty Siebel modules; • Responsible for build functional, integration and regression test cases, using the business and technical specifications; • Responsible for Defect Reporting, Analysis and Tracking after executing test cases, using the Mercury Quality Center • Compare the data from the GUI with the data from the database by Interrogating Oracle database, SQL database • QA analyst in a Scrum team for around 4 months.

• Use business and technical specifications to build QA design and create test plans, test cases; • Responsible for creating functional, integration and regression test cases for WEB applications and perform them, using the Mercury Quality Center • Use different type of barcode readers in order to perform functional and technical tests; • Use QTP to customize automatic tests; • Use Mercury IT Governance Center (ITG) for manage demands and application changes;

• Responsible for testing applications on PC and Pocket - PC for two types of solutions: MedEXPERT CRM (customer relationship management) and MedEXPERT SFA (sales force automation) and EXPERT Mobile Agent SFA & CRM; • Use Mantis bug tracking tool as the main platform for bug reporting; • Investigate and report issues to the development department; • Investigation of software errors and bug fixing; • Responsible for providing technical support for the customers;
