In Capgemini I continue growing with my functional consultancy experience and during the last 2 years had the opportunity to lead business requirements gathering as Business Integration Manager: ensuring the quality and consistency of design deliverables and system design for high level, detailed level, user interface flows and recommendations; determining gaps and identifing solutions; conducting walkthroughs with business functional representatives.

Here I got the main part of my SAP systems experience: 1)Specification of new customer requirements in sales area, especially about pricing, sales orders, promotional campaigns, credit limit checks, logistic activities, invoicing, claims, integrations with Finance and Controlling postings; 2)Customer tailored prototyping of solutions, preparation of the Business Blueprint; 3)Spreparation, conception, realization and go live of national and international SAP R/3 and ECC6 and BW/BI implementation projects;
