• management of the project Identity and Interculturality on intercultural networking and relationship-building by adult education institutes in Austria • financial controlling and reporting, monitoring adherence to the project rules • communicating with heads of institutes, reporting to the project board and the ministry (bmukk) • set-up of the EU-project activities in the field of adult education

- carrying out research and consulting activities regarding policy development, research, project application and management in areas of migration, education, social inclusion and human rights for both governmental and non-governmental actors on international level - conducting research and writing of two studies for the European Migration Network of the EU, in cooperation with the International Organization for Migration (IOM)

• developing, coordinating and implementing research and training activities • fundraising and preparing applications for grants • networking and liaising with governmental and non-governmental stakeholders, establishing a cooperation network with migrants communities • counselling migrants interested in labour market integration • coordinating activities supporting community life of foreigners • managing a vocational training scholarship programme for migrants • organising workshops and trainings

- coordinating qualitative and quantitative international research projects on various aspects of migration - preparing studies and comparative analyses - liaising with international project partners and managing their participation in projects - preparing and submitting applications for grants for research projects to the EC - managing the content of the website of the centre - planning, coordinating and moderating conferences and workshops - managing internship programme
