Still part of R&D leading a variable margin project and leading a team working on that project in Västervik. I was also assigned a completely new project, that was to categorize, sort and fill data on all our products in a Product Information System to prepare Powder Europe for our digitization journey feeding data to our new webshop and being capable to provide all key data like TDS’s, PIB’s and SIB’s. I

In the beginning of 2013 I was assigned to lead a 4 person team at our biggest site in France to be able to achieve even faster results than previously. I have been there for many years to make sure the projects I led were progressing as they should but in February 2013 this was intensified.

As a certified Black Belt I had the needed skills to analyse big data sets and prioritize needed work to achieve the requested result. Thus I was a key player in the European Technology Team to make sure we worked on the right projects.

I was assigned to be part of the Six Sigma Pool in DuPont Performance Coatings. After the training I was leading a number of big European powder projects.

I was part of a European team working on developing suitable UV curable and Ultra Low bake powder coatings for various projects. I was also responsible of developing heat resistance powder coatings.

I was part of a global team working on developing the completely new technology UV curable powder coatings for heat sensitive substrates.

I started to learn about the chemistry and use of powder coating as a R&D chemist.
