I provide customers with a conceptual framework to contribute in the development of innovative services and products. The methodology includes user research, analysis, ideation, prototyping and testing, and it follows an iterative process.

Copyediting (correction of spelling, grammar and layout) and proofreading (checking content, imposing consist styles and rewording or rewriting) involves ensuring that the material to be published is clear and consistent, complete and credible, and that text is well written, grammatically correct and accessible.

The tasks involved in this role were oriented to reach two main goals: 1) Business Innovation Kit’s re-design in terms of content and product development, and 2) Business Innovation Kit’s brand positioning.

Team member of the Creation Center of Deutsche Telekom doing user research, ideation and prototyping through the use of different Service Design Thinking tools and methods (stakeholder maps, interviews; ethnographic studies, co-creation). devising business solutions following and innovation process.

The role as teaching assistant involved the development of the framework for the project and guiding the students through the design process.

The role of this position involves guiding customers through the many options available in the market in order to make the best of the purchasing experience in regards to client’s satisfaction, time and money.

Role functions: 1) designing and developing an emergency plan for the Spanish community in Colombia, and 2) appealing to the resources provided by the Spanish State and the local authorities to bring the help required by the most deprived citizens while respecting the limits declared by the entities involved.
