Responsible for terminal operations applications Presenting ideas for system improvements Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects Developing new reports and/or customize existing reports in Actuate, Crystal, Oracle Forms Development and operation of Oracle systems Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live Increasing program operation efficiency and adapting to new requirement, as necessary
