As Product Designer at Bradesco, I lead UX research and evaluation, analyzing usability, value, and efficiency to identify pain points and propose solutions. I combine qualitative and quantitative data to uncover customer needs and align them with business goals. I create design plans, wireframes, and prototypes to guide development, and conduct usability testing to ensure seamless, high-quality user experiences.

As Senior Product Designer, I apply user-centered design across the full lifecycle to enhance Low Code and Telecom products. I collaborate with POs, PMs, stakeholders, developers and QAs to improve UX from concept to launch. My work includes discovery, research, testing, benchmarking, wireframing, prototyping and building design systems. Skilled in Figma, Sketch, HTML, CSS, JS, React and design tokens, with strong expertise in Telecom and Low Code platforms.

As Product Designer, I lead the full product cycle: from conception to launch with PMs, Engineers and Consultants. I run continuous discovery, analyzing user behavior and feedback via surveys, benchmarks and data (qualitative & quantitative) to prioritize problems and propose initiatives. I create wireframes, mockups, design systems and hi-fi prototypes to conceptualize and communicate design strategies and interaction behaviors.

I was responsible for the UX/UI of the mobile app "Meu gov.br". We use User Surveys, Usability Tests, A / B tests, Heuristic Analysis, Low and High Fidelity Prototypes using Figma to improve the UX of the app. The result of this work was a better evaluation of this application in the Android and Apple stores. Before our work the application's score was between 1 and 2 and now the score is 4.6.

I was responsible for maintaining the financial loan system; I developed new programs; Assisted in the configuration and troubleshooting of web servers; I diagnosed problems; I assisted in the process of documenting systems, programs or routines; I performed data collection for the project; Assisted in the development of automation systems programs; I developed an interface to access interactive digital content.

I was responsible to develop and maintain web systems, scripts, and code tests in Python/Django and shell (bash). I was also first-level support for issues in the senate houses system's.
