Responsible for resolving customer issues and structural issues within the seller hierarchy system. I was the go to person when it came to issues that were international (due to my languages). Regularly helped support Stella & Dot fraud detection team. I managed to get fraudulent customer activity to record low. Very good at dealing with difficult customers; responding in an engaged, professional & calm manner. High pressure environment especially during collection launch. Talking up to 80 customers a day.

Duties such as improving and updating the practice patient database, providing ad hoc support for the lead orthodontist, owning partners and practice manager, working alongside the owners to develop client communications and information and helping organise a lot of the building and design work for the new premises of a highly successful private business.

Initially responsible for developing the business in France, Germany and Spain to later focus on the German and Spanish markets. As part of a growing start-up, the fast-pace track in the company enabled me to use my sales abilities and sign as many clients as possible to the product. Tasks also included client management, once the technology has been put live.

Tasked with furthering the communication between the university and alumni and therefore encourage donations.

Representing the product and the brand in a playful way as we were selling toys, and facilitating sales by my use of languages as the shop was frequently visited by tourists.

Part of a month-long 25,000 capacity classical music festival, as an office assistant and promoter prior to the event, in catering, stewarding, and VIP coordination during the festival itself, upholding a positive image of the festival and guaranteeing the smooth running of each concert.
