Manage and accountable for all launch activities and critical milestones in Manufacturing and Supply Chain within Elanco´s global launch process in cooperation with Global Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Market Access, Affiliates and Manufacturing Sites.

Leadership accountability for development and execution of annual business plans; sales & profit for all export markets. Commercial network with partners including commercial contracts, performance management, operational compliance and communication interface.

Responsible for Sales and P&L in Distributor Markets; Build annual budget and set sales target for Distributors; Support & provide guidance with regard to market access knowledge and product information; Managing the relationship with Distributors and implement contracts.

Leadership responsibility for new product portforlio launch across 14 markets in CEE & Austria; Developed launch strategies and marketing plans in conjunction with regional brand teams and country line managers; Managed launch time lines, supply chain coordination and market access issues with other functional stakeholders in regulatory, quality-compliance and legal departments.

Management of customer orders, shipments and export documentation; Customer communication management on order status, supply chain issues, quality control and customer service metrics; Coordination and validation of order forecasts from customers and management of inventory replenishment consistent with working capital objectives.

Management of import shipments at Vienna International Airport; Supervised a team of 6 professionals.

Management of import and export shipment at Los Angeles International Airport including air and ocean freight; Supervised a team of 12 import / export officers.
