Adaptation group purchasing and changing management policies on site in Germany participating in the integration between two multinational companies.

Coordination of a very diversified typology projects, focused on Marine works-constructions, hydrology (water treatment plants), waste disposal and renewable energy generation (wind and solar) among others. Monitoring projects, controlling purchasing department and acting as a consultant in financing international projects are other responsibilities.

Project assistant from design stage to final implementation. I monitored and ensured that the development is done as per the specification without violating government standards. I coordinated and supervised contractors and made the process clear getting the report of daily activity of each staff by end of day. I used cost evaluation techniques and calculations and ensured that the project cost is kept the minimum without losing quality and efficiency.
