-Researching market and doing competitive analysis -Documenting, prioritizing requested tasks and distributing them among different team members -Ensuring efficient allocation of common resources and skills within the projects on the product develop. -Managing dependencies within tasks -Managing risks to the program’s successful outcome -Resolving issues and initiating corrective actions as appropriate -Organizing and facilitating meetings of the project team -Managing communication with all stakeholders

-Leading cross-functional 3 development teams as well as operations, email marketing, design teams (in the role of agile leader) through Scrum and Kanban workload management framework -Providing full trainings of agile methodologies and mentoring new individuals in adapting and working in this environment effectively -Acting as a liaison between the Product Owner and teams -Organizing and leading daily SCRUM meetings, Sprint Review and Sprint Planning Meetings with PO team as well as PO-weekly SRM/SPM

-Creating and executing project work plans using MS Project and revising as appropriate to meet changing requirements -Communicating project plans with PMs, Team leaders and Programmers -Identifying, managing and resolving project issues -Monitoring risks and their mitigation plans -Proactively disseminating project information to all stakeholders and managing their relationships -Facilitating project meetings throughout all project phases from initiation to closure -Maintaining project documentatation
