Responsible for 3 production lines (more than 20 direct reports), leading team capability and development, ensuring and leading the correct implementation of the new manufacturing operational system, developing and leading TPM tools implementation (AM, 5S’s, centreline) and root cause analysis, responsible for safety and quality.

Responsible for the analysis and implementation of improvements projects in order to increase manufacturing production capacity, establishing equipment standards, standard work procedures, operator coaching and training and compliance with the quality and safety standards. Start up leader for new products at the packaging line. Department loss analysis responsible. Project leader for the SMED Project at packaging line (achieving a reduction of 70%).

Project Engineer at Sisteplant, operations and strategic Consulting. Improvement projects in several sectors: automotive, aeronautic, food and services. Lean manufacturing, project management, product and manufacturing line designs, quality control, and currently focusing on business and strategic management.
