Responsible for the re-manufacture of all jogs and tools for three production cells for the Airbus 320 family aircraft. These re-manufactured jigs and tools were implemented into Tianjin Airbus site, China. Total Sub-program costs of ca.10.5M€

From the customer order of special machine build, through design, build, installation and service I managed through Europe a team of designers, engineers, project managers, build and service engineers. Supplying most industries ranging from white goods, tier 1 suppliers, to OE automotive.
