Since March 2025, I’ve been the Product Owner for BVMS backend services, working with two other POs and a PM to advance the product. While Product Management focuses on market needs, strategy, and the release roadmap, my role is to translate that direction into well-shaped, actionable work for engineering while balancing product intent with architectural feasibility. A guiding principle in this role is to turn implicit organizational knowledge into explicit, documented, and repeatable structures.

I was a member of the software architecture group tasked with modernizing the development environment — toolset, practices, and workflows — and raising code quality across a multi-million-line codebase. Under my direction, we moved the project from TFVC to Git, rolled out NuGet/Paket-based dependency management, established a documentation culture in a modern Wiki platform, and defined the deployment baseline needed to consolidate a genuinely high-productivity developer toolchain.

I led the build-up of a nearshore development team in Kyiv to increase the project's capacity and speed. This covered the full cycle: defining the hiring profile, conducting the hiring interviews, and onboarding, coaching, and training four new Ukrainian engineers. I then provided ongoing technical leadership for this remote team, integrating it into a multinational development setup.

I joined Bosch Building Technologies as a Software Engineer and Architect, initially tasked with demonstrating the value and feasibility of automated testing for BVMS, a large and complex video management system. Designed and built a generic, FlaUI-based API and SDK that turned this proof of concept into a reusable test-automation platform — including standard patterns, reusable templates, and Excel-driven configuration of the test landscape.
