As COO Serbia, I'm helping the company, teams, and employees to grow and be even more successful and I'm involved in the following activities: Working on improving strategies and processes towards agile business and organization. Coaching, consulting, mentoring, teaching and leading teams and organization in finding better ways to organize product development and delivery using agile methods, methodologies, frameworks and ways.

Leading Serbian office and the team on the path of achieving magnificent results. The consolidating development process, including agile practices, the quality and get the product on a track. Encouraged the creation of an agile environment, worked with the executive team and the engineering teams on establishing agile practices and embracing agile principles.

- Coaching software development teams in constant improving using agile principles and practices; - Role of Release Manager and taking care that the teams are delivering on cadence; - Role of Operation Manager taking care about inter-dependencies, software development process, bottlenecks and resolving operational challenges; - Line Manager for ~10 people.

Developing Post Trade Processing Software from the Scratch. I played two roles: Senior Java Engineer and Scrum Coach/Master. I did: - Full Project Infrastructure using Atlassian products; - Developed Custom Big Data module, domain specific, totally outperforming all existing solutions, including Solr, Cassandra etc. - Generic CustomErrorHandler component
