In charge of building up the bank’s Capital Market franchise in Switzerland in cooperation with Sal. Oppenheim’s Corporate Finance team. Responsible for deal origination, structuring, pricing, syndication, bookbuilding, distribution and allocation. Member of Sal. Oppenheim’s Swiss Equity Marketing Committee

Responsible to establish process to identify needs of UBS’s HNWI Clients in Europe with respect to Strategic advisory (i.e. succession planning), M&A (i.e. sale or acquisitions of companies, block trades), Capital raising (i.e. IPOs, private placements).

Tasks included marketing, origination and responsibility for execution of strategic corporate finance transactions including mergers, global equity offerings, spin-off’s, cross-border public takeovers, defence mandates, rights issues, convertible bonds, equity derivatives, shareholder warrants, share buy backs and capital restructurings. Team leader and line manager for 3 Directors, 2 Associate Directors and 2 Analysts

Origination and execution of bond offerings in the US domestic and Euro markets including cross currency and interest rate swaps. Responsible for pitch books, transaction execution and documentation. In charge for on-the-job education for 3 MBA new joiners.
