    Ich helfe Menschen mit Stress umzugehen und ihre allgemeine Resilienz und Leistungsfähigkeit zu stärken. Dabei setzte ich auf Methoden aus dem klassischen Hatha Yoga: Atemtechniken (Pranayama), Meditation, Körperarbeit (Asana) und Tiefenentspannung (Shavasana). Ausserdem im Werkzeugkoffer enthalten sind Kälteexposition (Wim Hof Methode), sowie auf aktuellen Erkenntnissen der Stressforschung und NLP (Neuro-Linguistisches Programmieren) basierende Techniken und Übungen.
