Responsibility within the Global Small Vehicle Architecture Development/Program Management Team to lead a team of Program Vehicle System Engineers who are located in Korea, Brazil, North America, China and Europe to achieve all program deliverables in terms of timing, cost, mass, quality of HVAC, powertrain cooling, air induction and exhaust components for different vehicles which are based on the architecture.

Responsible for the release and validation of HVAC components for global projects. Leading a team of 10 Project Engineers.

Responsible for component validation and quality improvements on HVAC, Powertrain Cooling, Fuel, Exhaust and Air Induction components. Leading a team of 2 Project Engineers.

Responsible for technical cost reductions on HVAC and Powertrain Cooling components. Leading a team of 8 Project Engineers.

Responsible for quality improvements and warranty cost reductions on HVAC and Powertrain Cooling components.

Product launch support activities on HVAC components and wiring harnesses onsite at the production plant in Gleiwitz (Poland).

Responsible for design and package of A/C components.
