• Managed a team of four instructional designers, overseeing multiple projects and work streams • Developed 40+ E-Learning modules supporting the rollout of SAP ERP, 3DS Enovia PLM, SuccessFactors, and Palantir Foundry, enabling smooth adoption through tailored training. • Oversaw the LMS migration from Syfadis Suite to SAP SuccessFactors, migrating +300 learning assets.

• Developed 15+ E-learning modules on various topics such as IT security awareness, ServiceNow, O365, and plant maintenance systems, using Articulate Storyline and Rise. • Partnered with business experts and application owners to assess training needs and co-create engaging learning content and documentation. • Facilitated live training sessions (virtual and in-person) and monitored engagement and feedback to ensure continuous improvement. • Produced and edited videos for internal campaigns and events
