- Manage end-to-end learning programs from conceptualization, planning, execution to evaluation tracking. - Design and develop engaging and high-quality blended learning experiences and content that aligns with learning outcomes. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to scope learning goals and outcomes - Create, manage and follow up on programs communications, questions and queries. - Monitor and evaluate the programs’ success metric and generate insights to improve learning & development programs

- Collaborate closely with HR and Change Management teams to establish long-term training programs in support of roll-outs of new tools and software - Define and manage the team's eLearning roadmap and active work streams - Document and take part in planning, development, and quality assurance of eLearnings - LMS administration and maintenance, resolution of technical issues, user support - Regularly extract and analyze KPIs to measure training effectiveness and satisfaction

- Collaborate with business experts to establish training needs - Identify the training audience and analyze its current knowledge level - Scripting, storyboarding, and authoring the learning content with the help of subject matter experts - Develop SCORM eLearning modules using various software, most notably Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate - Conduct training sessions about various corporate software and tools - 2D animation and video editing for corporate events and internal promotional campaigns
