Policy issuance (New Business, Renewal Business, Mid Term Adjustments) within specified SLA and Turnaround Times. Enter and maintain data within a number of processing systems. Establish customer files on the UW File system. Extract or request data from key operational systems, perform analyses, establish reports on a regular or ad hoc base, input data to consolidate report information into management scorecard.

Processes documents and requests received for commercial policy issuance, renewals, cancellations and reinstatements. Determines and calculates premiums. Review insurance application to ensure all data are accurate and complete prior to issuance of the Policy. Appropriately apply rates, factors and coding necessary for issuing, endorsing, renewing or cancelling Marine insurance policies, according to established procedures and authority.

Organize all the deliveries/bookings of the branch. Prepares quotations for prospective clients. Coordinate with clients from opening till closing jobs. Qualifying the requirements and eligibility before the delivery. Generates the Sales Report as per the assigned branch by ensuring that the payments are properly allocated as per the contract.

Oversees the administration structure of the Branch which involves making quotation, maintain records of the Office Files, Documents, Inventory and coordinates with Business Correspondents and Internal colleagues. Prepares all the reservations in the system and ensures the proper execution as per requirement. Submits the daily fleet analysis and generates the Bi-weekly & Monthly Activity Report of the branch.

Responsible for processing and verifying Asian Domestic Bond Issuances on assigned markets such as; Taiwan, South Korea, Indonesia and Malaysia. Qualifying the data gathered for each Bond Issuance in the pipeline and its maturity for each assigned market and enters the information into the database Called Citrix. Prepares the top Book runners League Table.
