• Apply project control and reporting processes • Allocation of global costs amongst branches worldwide; negotiate charges with local management • Back-up for the London Financial Analyst • Month-end activities: preparation accruals/recharges and balance sheet analysis • Implementation SAP Project module within ITI; Improve project control
