# Managing and enhancing the company CIP-System (see previous position). # Designing concepts for new projects (e.g. on: Artificial Intelligence, Digitisation & Digatalisation, knowledge management). # Creating & conducting inhouse trainings for executives on communication systems, LEAN Management & LEAN Principles/Tools and target-orientated behaviour. # Supporting the rollout of the Operational Excellence program in the branches and countries (e.g.: 4-weeks stay in Sofia, Bulgaria).

This position aims at improving the performance of the branch. To do so, all activities can be divided in six groups 1. Corporate Culture – active transformation towards openness and team work 2. In-company-training of LEAN principles 3. Process optimizations: the analysis and identification of constraints and bottlenecks 4. KPI – Development of a KPI-Set for daily monitoring 5. Knowledge Management – developing & retention of new knowledge 6. Quality Management – Supervision of internal and external Audits
