Process Manager Installs. Searching and improve influence factors of the install process. Measure, Analyze and Improve the install process. Improvement Coordination, control and secure process change

Preparation, monitoring of maintenance budgets. Acquires data and analyzes the data. Prepares diagrams, charts, drawings, calculations, and reports for defining reliability problems and makes recommendations for improvements.

Interface between customer and development to initiate improvements and introduction of new products and processes. Deliver service part to FMEA's, Reliability matrix, process requirements.

Project leader, process engineer (trouble shooter) toner production. Project management pre-engineering (up-scaling, optimization) and implementation silo storage (storage of sensitive powders dust explosion), material handling equipment, extrusion line and de-dusting systems combined with ATEX directives.
