• Creating and updating demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales input • Inventory monitoring and optimization to avoid bottlenecks and excess stock • Building a robust S&OP process • Introduction of new processes within the organization, such as the S&OE and NPD process • Support in the implementation of improvement measures in the supply chain to increase efficiency and reduce costs • Ensuring product availability and building a strong relationship with 3PM

• Management of all demand planning related tasks for the disciplined monthly S&OP process • Aligning of volumes and gross sales for the budget process • Lead collaboration calls with key sales accounts to review and adjust the 4-13 week forecast based on customer inputs • Analyze historical and short-term future demand inputs and calculate their impacts on demand • Work with cross-functional partners on projects such as new product launches, obsolescence, and transitions to evaluate assumptions

• Business Partner for the relevant Business Area Leads • Preparation and presentation of complex analysis of sales results as well as the corresponding demand planning and financial rolling forecasting process • Responsible for monthly closing process and reporting • Profitability analysis • Ensuring the internal controls environment operates effectively, ensuring compliance to corporate standards and local laws and regulations

• Coordination and management of all Demand Planning related tasks for the disciplined monthly MBM process (internal name for the S&OP process) • Aligning of volumes and net sales for the rolling financial forecast • Regular reporting to CFO and Executive Leadership Team • Transfer from manual to statistical forecasting • Proactively share of best practice approaches with the Global Demand Planning team to improve overall performance • Identification of bottleneck situations with Supply Planning
