Planned and directed all branch activities, including warehousing, production, and sales to consistently meet corporate targets. Recruited, trained, and supervised more than 60 employees, consisting of residential and commercial salespeople, field personnel, and an administrative team.

Oversaw P&L performance, customer service delivery, field operations, A/R collections, and staff performance for a commercial and residential pest control service. Met branch financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing annual sales and service budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions. Reported to the Regional Manager and supervised a staff of up to 60 employees.
