- Agile Coach & Consultant to drive the transformation of the IT operating model to scaled agility based on SAFe®; establishing new portfolio management approaches based on "Lean Portfolio Management" (LPM); SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) & trainer for LPM; member of the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE). - Portfolio Management for IT internal portfolio (∼40 MCHF) incl. outcome, financials, reporting. - Program Management "Transformation IT", incl. Architecture & Governance projects (∼2 MCHF).

- Responsible for IT strategy; strategy development, implementation & controlling; IT performance management; CIO support & consulting. - Inhouse Consulting & Coaching: digital transformation (culture / strategy / technology); agile transformation; innovation projects; organizational development.

Funding program CHF 45 Mio. to establish a cooperative network of sustainable, national (IT) services for the Swiss scientific community ("Swiss academic cloud"); topic "Scientific Information: Access, Processing and Safeguarding".
