Working as Change Consultant and Facilitator, specialized in change processes in international/intercultural contexts (e.g. post-merger integration, rebrandings, set-up of cross-national matrix organizations); topics/projects ranging from organization development, strategic and cultural change to working with (senior) management teams and delivering trainings.

Responsible for developing T-Mobile International's strategy and methodology in terms of international transformation & change management. Providing change management consulting for strategically important international change projects within T-Mobile International and its local subsidiaries. Managing international team of direct reports based in three different countries and leading international virtual project teams.

Working for the CEO of T-Mobile International as part of his Operating Office; co-headed international, cross-functional project team responsible for the development and implementation of the "One Company" culture program. Co-designed, organized and facilitated leadership events and executive offsites; wrote presentations and speeches for the CEO and contributed to internal company media (intranet, employee magazine).

Held various positions in international Government Affairs. Represented Deutsche Telekom's interests in meetings with regulators and industry associations on national and international level (e.g. European Commission & Parliament, OECD). Strategic advisor to Senior Executive Vice-President Government Affairs. Prepared briefings and speeches for SEVP and CEO of Deutsche Telekom.

Intercultural and Business Studies, including studies of English and French as foreign languages
