- Report Designing and developing for all Speed Branches - Business requirements analysis - point of contact with external support - User Security and permissions analysis - Maintaining logbook of issues/solutions - Managing small projects and supporting large projects that are managed by P&G IT and IT Manager -Receiving training for new software & training own users - Preparing & conducting qualification tests for trained employees - Conducting and ensuring regular backups and checks
