've been working as a consultant since 2006 doing strategy, go-to-market, and business operations for internet companies. (Note that I'm showing the Deloitte role as a separate position, as it was unusual in scope and length.) Spent a year back with former employer Deloitte & Touche on their initiative around Mass Career Customization (MCC), a new approach for businesses to provide individualized career paths for employees. I led the team doing the business-side product management (system requirements, feature prioritization, system roll-out) for an MCC web application for Deloitte's US-based employees.

During my tenure with this web-based B2B software company, I worked in several roles, including Director of Services Marketing, Director of Account Management and Client Services, and Director of Sales Operations.

Held two consecutive positions, as Director of Professional Services then Director of Customer Service, during which the company launched its on-demand service and went from zero to 250 corporate customers with 20,000+ end users.
