 Overseen the global marketing and P/L for the global Braun business based in Switzerland.  Led a global cross-functional team of 30 and 8 regional teams in Europe, North America and Asia.  Identified common key business drivers across the globe and enabled regional teams to deliver robust growth.  Developed global branding and innovation strategies for the next 5 years with the R&D, technical and supply teams in Germany and a global ad agency in the UK.

 Overseen the Gillette and Braun businesses in Japan, which encompassed multiple categories including Gillette Male and Female shavers, Braun Male shaver, Female hair remover, Household and Hair Care appliances.  Managed a local team of 27 for Marketing, Sales, Finance, Market Research, Product Supply, PR and Digital with 7 direct reports.  Developed holistic marketing in Japan, including in-market strategies such as investment choices, media planning, trade promotions and digital marketing.
