I supported clinical affairs managers to conduct clinical trials planning, execution and monitoring following compliance of corresponding SOPs. My responsibilities included science communication and efficiency and effectiveness assessment, for which I developed search algorithms to conduct systematic literature reviews.

SARs-CoV-2 detection for different travelling companies using RT-qPCR.

I performed gene cloning for testing protein interactions of the meiotic CYCA1 cyclin with 10 different RNA related genes. I previously worked as course assistant helping with solutions and laboratory material preparation.

I analysed and monitored USFQ’s researchers' scientific output for decision making and economic funding. My tasks included maitainance of USFQ ́s research data base storing all university research production. I performed basic statistical analysis in R and developed basic Perl scripts for data mining. Research assistant in Diego Cisnero's Terrestial Zoology Laboratory studying thermal adaptations of animal's physiology, specifically temperature adaptations of frogs to cold climate. I also provided administrative aid for budget and term management of the laboratory.

Editor’s assistant of the peer-review journal Avances en Ciencias e Ingenierías. I supervised and corrected the style and grammatical aspects of accepted articles for four volumes. I accompany the process of commissioning and managing themes for volume arrangement of the Avances en Ciencias e Ingenierías peer-review journal. Vol.9 Num.15 Vol.10 Num.1 Vol.11 Num.1 Vol.11. Num.2

Research thesis: Generation of meiosis-specific Proximity Labelling constructs and localization analysis of plant specific DREAM-complex interactors in Arabidopsis thaliana male meiocytes. I characterised DREAM-complex components and its specific plant interactors localisation throughout the meiosis progression using confocal microscopy. Generation of transgenic reporter lines included an innovative plasmid design for meiocyte-specific expression.

Research thesis: Molecular physiology of temperature regulation and perception in vertebrates : a systematic literature review of activated-TRPs on genes and intracellular proteins. I performed a systematic literature review of known functions of Transient Receptor Potential ion channels (TRPs) in temperature regulation of vertebrates following the Cochrane guidelines for systematic literature reviews. It included a main synthesis of temperature perception, allodynia, and thermogenesis.
