Research thesis: Generation of meiosis-specific Proximity Labelling constructs and localization analysis of plant specific DREAM-complex interactors in Arabidopsis thaliana male meiocytes. I characterised DREAM-complex components and its specific plant interactors localisation throughout the meiosis progression using confocal microscopy. Generation of transgenic reporter lines included an innovative plasmid design for meiocyte-specific expression.

Research thesis: Molecular physiology of temperature regulation and perception in vertebrates : a systematic literature review of activated-TRPs on genes and intracellular proteins. I performed a systematic literature review of known functions of Transient Receptor Potential ion channels (TRPs) in temperature regulation of vertebrates following the Cochrane guidelines for systematic literature reviews. It included a main synthesis of temperature perception, allodynia, and thermogenesis.
