As a Cloud Consultant at tecRacer, my role involved providing consultancy to clients on the implementation and optimization of AWS solutions, working extensively with services like EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, ECS, and EKS, as well as on deployment of infrastructures and migration projects. I automated cloud infrastructures using Terraform and AWS SDKs. Additionally, I worked on containerized projects and managed network configurations, including VPCs, public and private subnets.

I conducted in-depth research on credit cooperatives in Brazil, with a strong emphasis on data analysis. My work involved analyzing data from numerous Brazilian cooperatives and conducting interviews with managers, authorities, and central bank experts to gain insights into governance-related issues. Through this extensive data analysis, my research findings enhanced the understanding of this financial sector.

As an IT and Data Analyst, I provided level 1 support to corporate customers. I was also responsible for managing customer incidents for Fujitsu, Lufthansa, Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC), Amazon, Duratex, Biosev, Starbucks, Sascar, Azul lines, Tribanco, and Abril Editora. In addition, I planned and controlled KPIs and SLAs dashboards, incorporating my skills and experience with databases and BI tools like PowerBI to provide valuable insights and improve decision-making processes
